1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website delqari.com or visiting our games cafe located at 123 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines ("Premises"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Use of Our Website

The content on delqari.com is provided for informational purposes only. You may not:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
  • Reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from our website without written permission
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access or copy our website content

3. Premises Rules

When visiting Delqari Games Cafe in person, all guests must adhere to the following rules:

  • Guests must be at least 13 years of age to use games stations unaccompanied
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted; please order from our menu
  • Alcohol is not served or permitted on our premises
  • No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products anywhere in the establishment
  • Guests must treat equipment with care; intentional damage will be charged accordingly
  • Harassment, offensive language, or aggressive behavior toward staff or guests will result in immediate removal
  • Delqari reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion

4. Games Station Use

When using games stations at Delqari:

  • Usage time is billed per hour at published rates. Unused paid time is non-refundable.
  • Guests may not install software, games, or modify system settings on any station
  • Downloaded or streamed content that violates copyright law is strictly prohibited
  • Delqari is not responsible for loss of game progress or data on any station
  • Peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets) must be returned undamaged at the end of the session

5. VIP Room Bookings

Private VIP room reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled time may result in a partial charge. Rooms accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per booking. Delqari reserves the right to cancel bookings due to technical issues with full notice provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on delqari.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Delqari Games Cafe and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Game titles displayed are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or games equipment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Delqari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or premises, including loss of data, games progress, or personal items.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or premises constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
